Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients struggling with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting both in-office and virtual sessions.

• Establish and maintain positive rapport and trust with clients and colleagues, creating an atmosphere conducive to healing and collaboration.

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to advance shared goals, participating in regular team meetings to track progress and enhance service delivery.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitate thorough assessments when necessary to properly gauge client needs.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that connect clients to essential services, while ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders, including family members and other service providers.

• Actively participate in safety protocols by identifying and addressing potential risks within the treatment environment.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support to clients in distress as needed, while managing a varied caseload.

• Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure timely completion of all documentation and data submissions required by the organization.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring consistent support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 – 85,000, commensurate with experience.
