Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families via telehealth platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and interviews to obtain vital information regarding social, personal, environmental, and health histories, which will help in tailoring therapeutic approaches.

• Identify and address issues concerning behavioral health within your scope of practice, developing personalized treatment plans that meet clients' unique needs.

• Coordinate and implement programs and interventions aimed at enhancing clients' social and emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based cognitive, affective, and behavioral interventions, particularly in crisis situations, and facilitate referrals to necessary community resources.

• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients that are grounded in mutual respect, acceptance, and trust to foster a safe environment for open communication.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services and modify strategies as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Thoroughly document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with established protocols to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.

• Manage a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring timely updates on case documentation to reflect services rendered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
