This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while still providing vital support through our comprehensive services at the Detox Center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families receiving services.
\n
• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring each plan aligns with the family's goals and child’s developmental needs.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes as an integral member of the treatment team, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance client progress.
\n
• Provide essential Early Intervention (EI) support to families, delivering guidance that promotes effective developmental practices in a natural setting.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop rapport and foster a supportive learning environment with families and children.
\n
• Implement IFSPs, assessing and recommending service frequency based on ongoing evaluations of child development and family feedback.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for all individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young children—specifically infants and toddlers—who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in empowering these families by providing them with tools and knowledge to enhance their child's growth in various developmental domains including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current LCSW license provided by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• At least one year of experience in early intervention services, particularly focused on working with young children.
\n
• Confident in adapting to diverse learning styles to meet the unique needs of children and their customized treatment plans.

• Strong communication skills, with an ability to build cooperative relationships with families and team members.
\n
• Respectful and collaborative approach, ensuring a positive team dynamic.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
