As part of the team, you will be involved with a detox center that focuses on early intervention services, helping children with disabilities or developmental delays in a compassionate, supportive manner. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure personalized support for each child.
\n
• Monitor and analyze outcomes as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
\n
• Engage with families to provide guidance and support aimed at promoting the child’s development and well-being.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations in your work with children and families.
\n
• Build rapport with children, families, and colleagues to foster an atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in collaboration with families, adapting strategies to fit individual learning styles.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies during sessions to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
\n
• Ensure all activities align with the highest standards of health and safety for both staff and children served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on supporting young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who are experiencing developmental challenges. By collaborating closely with families, your work will be integral in helping children reach critical milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills within their crucial early years.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the California Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for community engagement and outreach.

• Strong organizational skills alongside a keen ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
