This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 80,000. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to assess each child's developmental needs.
\n
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they reflect family priorities and concerns.
\n
• Monitoring child progress and developmental outcomes, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and making recommendations for service frequency based on individual needs.
\n
• Providing expert support to families, including actionable strategies and resources that promote healthy child development.
\n
• Employing evidence-based practices and techniques that facilitate natural learning in the family's everyday environment.
\n
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to secure the quality and safety of services provided.
\n
• Developing positive relationships with children and families to create an encouraging and supportive learning atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly those aged birth to three, who are undergoing early intervention services. You will address a variety of developmental areas, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, tailoring your approach based on each child’s unique circumstances and learning style.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as necessary for home visits.
\n
• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention programs.
\n
• A strong commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster child development.
