Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the developmental status of children enrolled in our programs.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's needs.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting strategies where necessary, to ensure that outcomes are effectively met for each child.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with children and their families, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles in your approaches, ensuring developmental milestones are effectively supported.
\n
• Provide families with essential skills, knowledge, and emotional support, empowering them to enhance their child's developmental journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on working with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your efforts as an LCSW will directly contribute to providing early interventions that support cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication skills during these critical early years. You will serve families looking to navigate the challenges associated with their child's development and work collaboratively to foster their skills and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) is required.

• Valid licensure with the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing services within early intervention settings, specifically with children.

• Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices and evidence-based methods.
\n
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a deep respect for collaborative teamwork.

• A valid driver's license is required for any potential travel needs related to home visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n
