Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Providing telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to clients individually and in group settings, ensuring a high standard of care.

• Documenting all client interactions and services in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system to maintain accurate client records.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices in delivering therapeutic interventions, demonstrating proficiency in various treatment modalities.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes and share insights based on clinical experiences.

• Participating in continued professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clients served by our hospice center include individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses and significant end-of-life transitions. As an LCSW, you will engage with clients who may benefit from psychosocial support, grief counseling, and other therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing their quality of life during difficult times.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this impactful role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent state licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
