Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs, gathering detailed information about their personal situations and mental health concerns.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans for clients in immediate distress.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that involve setting therapeutic goals and identifying relevant support services.
\n
• Facilitate client engagement in beneficial activities and coping strategies to promote personal growth and recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular training and supervision to stay updated on best practices and enhance your clinical skills.

• Collaborate with other community agencies for resource referrals, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Monitor and observe for signs of child abuse, ensuring the safety and welfare of vulnerable populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily assist clients dealing with complex challenges, including but not limited to addiction recovery, mental health crises, and familial conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of New Jersey.
