Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily focus on client interactions and clinical responsibilities, which include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs.

• Providing telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to individuals or groups.
\n
• Documenting client interactions and services accurately in our electronic health records (EHR) and practice management system.

• Maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards, including risk management and malpractice insurance.

• Actively engaging in continuing education to enhance your skills and adapt to new treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve is diverse, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will involve fostering a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, understand their experiences, and develop coping strategies grounded in mindfulness and active engagement.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license or equivalent credential to practice in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess and diagnose mental health issues effectively.

• A strong understanding of the DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Proficient in both oral and written communication, with an emphasis on clear, empathetic interactions with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following skills will be given preference:

• Experience providing telehealth services and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Previous experience using Google Workspace and TheraNest systems.

• Demonstrated ability to engage in crisis intervention and mature judgment in high-stress situations.
