Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gain an understanding of clients' issues, backgrounds, and treatment goals, employing tools such as intake forms and structured interviews.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, implementing evidence-based interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness techniques tailored to client needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans by collaborating with clients to identify goals and monitor progress effectively.

Qualifications\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based sign-on bonus.
