Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical interviews to accurately determine client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including clinical notes and progress tracking, in accordance with organizational policies and local regulations.

• Collaborate with educational staff and health care professionals to create an integrated treatment approach that ensures continuity of care for clients.

• Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies, responding to acute emotional and behavioral issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Engage with clients’ families, offering guidance and support in the treatment process, and actively involve them in discharge planning when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within the school context, including children, adolescents, and their families. You will address a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and developmental challenges, ensuring that students receive the support they need to thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient setting, preferably with school-aged clients.

• The ability to work autonomously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and self-direction.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and telehealth sessions, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant EHR systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
