Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and evidence-based practices.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and Gotham Enterprises Ltd’s best practices to uphold client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care, actively participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to promote informed decision-making and resilience-building.
\n
• Stay abreast of ongoing research and advancements in the mental health field to ensure the integration of innovative practices into client care.

• Manage a full caseload effectively, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to ethical standards established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client population struggling with various mental health challenges, including PTSD, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Our approach is centered on trauma-informed care, recognizing the unique needs of each individual and tailoring interventions to support their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses.
