Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to determine mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that are both achievable and tailored to each client's goals.

• Implement and evaluate evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to facilitate effective client treatment and progress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation consistent with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care, including regular case consultations and treatment reviews, to enhance client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health strategies and available resources to foster support and understanding.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and innovations in mental health care to inform treatment and enhance clinical skills continually.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
