Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status and evaluate progress using recognized tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural diversity and address the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate ongoing evaluation of therapeutic progress, implementing appropriate interventions to support diagnosis and overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, complying with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to set achievable treatment objectives, ensuring alignment with their personal goals.

• Act as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers, coordinating referrals and establishing strong professional relationships within the healthcare community.

• Provide mentorship and educational guidance to students, interns, and new staff, contributing to the development of upcoming mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts as an LICSW will primarily focus on a diverse client base experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
