Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients via telehealth and in-person settings to assess their psychological and social needs.

• Conduct thorough client assessments and gather necessary information to develop targeted treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is on clients confronting a range of social and mental health challenges, particularly those who have experienced trauma due to abuse, neglect, or familial substance dependence. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure to practice in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
