As an LCSW, you will operate primarily in a remote setting, conducting assessments and delivering treatment to individuals affected by neglect, domestic violence, mental health conditions, and substance abuse issues.

Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, enabling you to provide care from home while still being an integral part of our community-focused organization. You will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, participating in virtual meetings and telehealth consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support packages for clients experiencing various challenges, including trauma and dependency issues.

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess service users, identifying their current conditions, strengths, and areas requiring support.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment goals and actionable plans that are measurable and client-centered.
\n
• Monitor clients' progress, regularly evaluating treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
\n
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention during scheduled sessions or emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support.
\n
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, decisions, and clients' progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
\n
• Attend multidisciplinary case conferences and collaborate with other professionals to formulate comprehensive treatment solutions.
\n
• Act as a key-worker, facilitating referrals to external community services and resources to enhance recovery pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals affected by mental health disorders, children and families facing abuse or neglect, and those struggling with substance use. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique situations and empower them towards recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated clinical experience in providing direct counseling and social work services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
