Key Responsibilities\n

In this LCSW role, you will have a broad range of responsibilities designed to ensure effective patient care, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans combining established best practices and solution-focused strategies that benefit your patients.

• Administering a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to meet diverse client needs.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality, and high standards of documentation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
