Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Black Rock, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify patient needs and craft personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive outcomes in clients suffering from various mental health disorders.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, enabling a seamless interaction with health care systems and other professional team members.

• Engaging in collaborative care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide a comprehensive treatment approach tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care delivered to our clients.

• Educating patients and their families on mental health care, including treatment options and community resources available to them.

• Staying informed of the latest research and developments in mental health care to apply innovative techniques in clinical practice.

• Managing a full caseload effectively, ensuring timely progress toward treatment goals, and adhering to ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
