Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement tailored support packages to assist clients in overcoming various life challenges and dependencies.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with service users to gain insight into their current mental state, personal needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Address each client case as an individual unit, setting measurable goals that are specific to the client's situation and aspirations.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
