Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position based in Gilbert, Arizona, offering the flexibility of delivering services via telehealth. We believe in a work-life balance and are adaptable to meet the needs of our therapists and clients. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient schedules. As a telehealth provider, you will use secure electronic health record (EHR) systems and video conferencing tools to maintain high standards of care while ensuring client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly understand patients' histories and determine effective treatment pathways.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are focused on recovery and resilience, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma and developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the integration of care across disciplines.

• Provide immediate crisis interventions and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous progress notes and documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
