Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Create tailored treatment strategies that address individual challenges, emphasizing client-centered approaches that recognize each person's unique journey.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that are informed by the latest research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or a Doctor of Psychology.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience and specialized training in mental health counseling is essential.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.

• Exceptional skills in building rapport with clients, facilitating therapeutic dialogue, and motivating individuals throughout their recovery journey.

Preferred Experience\n
