Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma history, emotional state, and specific needs.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that center on trauma recovery and the enhancement of personal resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support patient healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed during trauma-related emergencies, responding with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Educate patients and their families about the impacts of trauma, effective coping mechanisms, and external resources available for additional support.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around individuals who are survivors of trauma. This group includes those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. You will be instrumental in helping to transform their understanding of trauma responses and healing methods.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities, particularly trauma-informed approaches.

• Demonstrated experience delivering trauma-focused therapies with measurable impact on client well-being.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, conveying empathy and understanding in every client interaction.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates with additional experience or specialized training in trauma interventions will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
