Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, identifying their strengths and resources for effective interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear and achievable therapeutic goals to enhance client progress.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care, participating actively in case discussions and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
