Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to meet each client’s unique cultural background and personal circumstances.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, intervention strategies, and monitoring progress, ensuring an effective pathway to recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to provide coordinated and holistic care that addresses all aspects of client well-being.

• Administer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans tailored to individual needs during acute mental health episodes.

• Actively advocate for clients' rights and refer them to essential community resources, enhancing their access to additional support services as needed.
