Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs.

• Collaborate closely with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate their personal goals and cultural experiences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services while coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and current clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries aligned with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower patients and families through psychoeducation, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.

• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure holistic support for each patient.

• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n
