Work Environment\n

This position offers flexibility with a remote work setting, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your own home. As a full-time employee, you will work Monday through Friday, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health, including their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, to identify needs and establish an appropriate treatment plan.

• Provide individual psychotherapy to patients diagnosed with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and more.

• Develop and implement culturally competent treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, considering their backgrounds, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the patient’s treatment.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and clinical observations.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems, safeguarding patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges within a hospice setting. This role requires a nuanced understanding of how mental health conditions intersect with life-limiting illnesses, providing empathetic support as patients and their families navigate end-of-life decisions and care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• You must possess a current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and other mental health services is essential, demonstrating a robust clinical background.

Compensation and Benefits\n
