The role of Clinical Social Worker is entirely remote, providing you the freedom to work from any location within Florida. You will be conducting therapy sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, which has become an essential tool for reaching clients effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and family therapy , using a telehealth platform that ensures confidentiality and ease of access for clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gain insight into client histories, formulate treatment goals, and create personalized treatment plans that are trauma-informed and catered to the individual needs of clients.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients, equipping them with essential coping strategies and resources to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain diligent and compliant documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to track progress, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Balance a manageable caseload that aligns with your professional goals while receiving consistent referrals that match your expertise and interests.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to support a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. With an emphasis on inclusivity and accessibility, you will serve clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that each individual feels seen, heard, and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida is a must.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar role.
