Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and engage in detailed assessments as indicated, ensuring a thorough understanding of clients' needs.

• Create, implement, and evaluate integrated care plans that connect clients with necessary services and support systems.

• Provide therapeutic services that include individual, group, and family therapy, designed to empower clients in their recovery journey.

• Actively participate in team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of reports and compliance with discharge criteria.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts when necessary, quickly assessing situations to ensure clients' safety and well-being.

Your work will focus on a diverse group of individuals who may come from varying backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Texas.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• A proven track record of at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
