Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with HIPAA standards, safeguarding confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to deliver coordinated, holistic care for our clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and professional development.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals in the detoxification process who are facing complex emotional and psychological challenges. This includes clients experiencing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other comorbid mental health issues. Your expertise as an LCSW will be pivotal in supporting these individuals through their recovery journeys—including crisis intervention, emotional support, and long-term therapeutic planning.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in social work principles and practices.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong focus on mental health therapy, providing insight into the complexities of client needs.

• Familiarity with solution-based psychotherapy techniques, which allows for tailored therapeutic interventions that meet individual client requirements.

• Experience in a detox or inpatient rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
