Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive treatment approach.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at empowering clients through shared experiences.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to clients in moments of acute need.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
