Work Environment\n

In this role, you will work remotely but remain connected to the outpatient office environment. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering flexibility while maintaining regularity. The remote setting allows you to provide services from a location that is convenient for you, while still being an integral part of the collaborative team that prioritizes mental health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pathways, you will:

• Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of clients suffering from severe emotional disorders and major mental health illnesses, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives tailor-made treatments focused on their specific needs and goals.
\n
• Participate actively as a collaborative team member to promote common objectives and improve client outcomes, demonstrating both empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
\n
• Implement and manage integrated care plans, facilitating smooth communication with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.

• Monitor client progress through consistent follow-up, adapting treatment strategies as needed to stay aligned with clients' evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing your training to assess and address emergencies effectively.

• Maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines and ensure timely reporting and data submission related to client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, participating on committees to enhance service delivery and identify quality improvement opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Active Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
