Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical care to a caseload of clients, diagnosing and treating symptoms of major mental health illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to determine client needs, while facilitating access to comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with your team to develop and implement detailed integrated care plans that connect clients with relevant services.
\n
• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatments are tailored to address specific client issues and requests.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, ensuring timely completion of documentation related to treatment outcomes, client meetings, and discharge criteria.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing established protocols to support clients during critical situations.

• Participate in agency committees focused on quality improvement and service delivery innovations.

You will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds who are facing severe emotional and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, with a current LCSW license.

• Strong understanding of mental health assessment, risk evaluation, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating a commitment to shared goals and mutual respect.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
