Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of clients, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Create and implement treatment plans that set clear goals, outline interventions, and include mechanisms for progress monitoring.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with essential community resources, engaging in case management to support their ongoing needs.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with our team, you will engage with this varied population, providing empathetic support tailored to each individual's circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
