Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately understand clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources, which guide individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, outlining specific goals, interventions, and therapeutic strategies to foster clients’ progress.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure clients' safety and well-being, along with facilitating safety planning as necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring meticulous record-keeping that supports client confidentiality.

• Lead and organize psychoeducation classes, group therapy sessions, and supportive workshops to enhance clients’ coping mechanisms and build community connections.

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele that includes individuals dealing with various mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
