Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Key Mental Health & Wellness Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions to clients across various age groups, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintaining thorough and timely clinical documentation and records for all patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilizing a billing service to effectively manage client accounts, insurance claims, eligibility checks, and financial negotiations, allowing you to focus on client care rather than administrative burdens.

• Regularly scheduling ongoing appointments and managing an updated calendar to ensure seamless care continuity for your clients.

• Demonstrating the ability to engage with clients presenting a variety of clinical issues, facilitating appropriate interventions and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population consists of individuals and couples seeking therapy for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required, along with active licensure as an LCSW to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
