Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Juarez Mental Health & Wellness Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy for clients presenting with a wide variety of mental health concerns, tailoring treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of client interactions and treatment progress through our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments, ensuring clients have continuous support, and managing your own calendar effectively.

• Collaborating with fellow therapists to discuss client cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic approaches that contribute to positive outcomes.

• Engaging in billing processes that our external service handles, allowing you to focus on direct client care without administrative distractions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse client populations, ranging from children to adults and couples. Your role will include addressing a variety of clinical presentations, ensuring that all clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active state license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
