Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across various age groups and backgrounds.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in a timely manner through our secure EMR system.

• Coordinate ongoing client appointments and manage a dynamic calendar to ensure seamless client interactions.

• Utilize an external billing service to handle administrative processes, including claims submissions, client billing inquiries, and eligibility checks.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists in case discussions and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills continually.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults seeking help for a variety of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Each therapist in our clinic has the opportunity to specialize in their areas of interest, allowing for tailored approaches that maximize client engagement and promote recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, along with an active LCSW license in Maryland.

• Professionalism and excellent organizational skills, coupled with a self-motivated and independent work ethic.

• Strong therapeutic boundaries and cultural competence to provide quality therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings as part of your schedule.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
