Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual and couples therapy tailored to the emotional and psychological needs of clients across various age groups.

• Deliver timely documentation of sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain an organized and updated appointment calendar, managing client schedules effectively to optimize therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and school staff to ensure holistic support for clients and discuss treatment progress or adjustments as needed.

• Utilize a billing service for streamlining claims processing, client accounts receivable, insurance eligibility checks, and payment planning, allowing you to focus more on therapeutic work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving a diverse clientele within the school environment, including children, adolescents, and sometimes their families. You will work with clients facing a variety of clinical presentations, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and interpersonal challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, meeting the educational requirements for independent licensure.
