Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly provide clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disturbances, both in individual and group therapy settings.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives and utilize a multidisciplinary approach in managing client care.

• Assess the needs of clients through developmentally appropriate and evidence-based screening measures and conduct detailed assessments when necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, connecting clients with essential services and coordinating communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Provide crisis intervention and support following established protocols to address urgent client needs effectively.

• Maintain a consistent caseload and ensure the delivery of tailored treatment services in accordance with the presenting issues and client requests.

• Monitor the progression of clients throughout their treatment journey, from admission to discharge, ensuring they meet required standards and criteria.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring timely and accurate report submission.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and offer insights to enhance the agency's service delivery framework.

• Provide on-call support as designated during and after program hours to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maryland is required.
