Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to clients of all ages, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize a billing service that efficiently manages claims, client accounts receivable, and initial client contacts regarding benefits and eligibility.

• Efficiently manage an updated calendar and schedule for appointments, ensuring consistency and accessibility for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Juarez Mental Health & Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse population that includes individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges. Your therapeutic expertise will contribute to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and enhancing the overall quality of life for clients across various age groups.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• A current and unrestricted LCSW license to practice in Maryland is essential.

• Strong professionalism, cultural awareness, self-motivation, and excellent time-management skills are crucial for success in this role.

• Candidates must demonstrate well-developed therapeutic skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Availability to maintain a full-time caseload of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week, to accommodate client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with the potential for performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you also receive:
