This remote position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients, working primarily from a Detox Center setting to support individuals in their recovery journey.

While the position is primarily remote, there are occasions when in-person meetings may be necessary to connect with colleagues and clients. As a member of our team, you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to create your own work hours, including options for evening sessions to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy for clients across all age ranges, addressing their unique mental health challenges.

• Delivering timely documentation by completing notes and record-keeping for each client interaction to ensure compliance and quality of care.
\n
• Managing client schedules through effective appointment setting and maintaining an organized calendar for all ongoing sessions.
\n
• Utilizing our comprehensive billing service that handles claims, client accounts receivable, benefits verification, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on providing care rather than administrative tasks.

• Working with a diverse range of clinical presentations and adapting therapeutic approaches to meet varied client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and mental health challenges, providing therapy that emphasizes recovery and resilience. Our clients are diverse, ranging from adolescents to adults seeking support as they navigate their personal recovery journeys. Your expertise will help them develop coping strategies, work through relationship issues, and enhance their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, you must possess:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• Proper licensure to practice independently as an LCSW.
\n
• Strong professionalism, excellent boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, and organizational skills.

• A commitment to maintaining therapeutic boundaries and the willingness to engage in continued professional development.

• A minimum availability of 20-25 hours/week, including at least 2 evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified LCSWs will be considered, candidates with significant training or experience in couples therapy will be viewed favorably. We highly value therapists who bring additional therapeutic techniques, approaches, or experiences that can further enrich our clients’ recovery journeys.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to $100,000 per year, with opportunities for performance bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
