Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality clinical support to assigned clients, conducting therapies tailored to individual needs, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.

• Collaborate with educators and staff to create integrated care plans, facilitating access to additional services and supports for clients.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and coordinate further assessments when necessary, ensuring that each student receives comprehensive care.

• Participate actively in team meetings and quality improvement committees, contributing to the overall success and efficacy of mental health services at the facility.

• Provide on-call coverage when required, being available to assist with crisis intervention and immediate support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization values the contributions of our team members, and we offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
