Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct therapeutic treatment to clients presenting with significant mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, both through teletherapy sessions and community-based outreach initiatives.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered care plans that address individuals’ unique needs while ensuring they are informed and actively involved in their treatment process.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, conducting assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and family therapy as indicated.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate healthcare coordination, ensuring seamless integration of services and support across various platforms.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, arranging for further evaluations or referrals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing appropriate methods to stabilize clients in distress.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with clinic protocols and compliance regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and promote best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
