Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Crosscare Mental Health Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough, unbiased psychosocial assessments for each patient, utilizing your education and expertise.

• Collaborating with patients to create individualized treatment strategies that are sensitive to their unique circumstances.

• Partnering with primary care physicians, Walmart Health & Wellness psychologists, and other service providers to create an integrated approach to patient health care.

• Regularly monitoring therapy responses, assessing patient progress toward their treatment goals, and adapting strategies accordingly.

• Supporting medical professionals in managing psychotropic medications, focusing on treatment adherence and the management of side effects.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in removing barriers to care, providing support for those who may struggle with mental illness, trauma, or chronic stress. By fostering a therapeutic alliance with clients from diverse backgrounds, you will enable them to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution is required.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona.
