Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately gauge students' mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and utilize solution-based interventions.

• Implement tailored therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and other evidence-based methods, to address student needs.

• Maintain detailed clinical records in a timely manner to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated care and share insights.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve service delivery.

• Educate and empower students and families by providing resources and support related to mental health.

• Stay current with developments in the field of social work and mental health to improve treatment outcomes and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of children and adolescents, many of whom may be experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health concerns. You will employ a strengths-based approach to enhance each client's coping mechanisms and resilience while collaborating with families to ensure holistic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specialized in psychotherapy, particularly with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
