Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, utilizing evidence-based tools to gauge mental health status and create tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to provide emotional support and therapeutic interventions for clients and their families.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support during critical situations.

• Collaborate with educators and administration to address the psychological and emotional needs of students, integrating mental health considerations into academic planning.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding client data.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with children and adolescents within a school setting, addressing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• Two years of clinical experience in social work, with a focus on mental health preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
