Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to a diverse client base of all age groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including session notes and treatment plans, in adherence to HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Coordinate with clients to schedule ongoing appointments, ensuring your calendar remains updated and accessible.

• Collaborate with colleagues to discuss complex cases and participate in regular team meetings that foster an inclusive and supportive clinical culture.

• Utilize our comprehensive billing service for client and insurance accounts, ensuring smooth operations regarding claims and payment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a varied clientele, ranging from children to older adults, and includes individuals seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will have the autonomy to choose your clientele while also tapping into the established relationships within the community, enhancing your professional connections.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with potential bonuses. We provide compensation as a W2 employee with options for flexible and remote work settings. Additional benefits include:
