Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in diverse settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless client care during critical points.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with clinic guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, providing them with the tools to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

• Engage in regular team meetings and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to enrich client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $84,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
