Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, utilizing psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to understand their unique situations.

• Collaborate with patients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and cultural values.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and maintain active communication with healthcare partners to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to organizational policies and applicable regulations.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, guiding them on effective strategies to manage mental health conditions and improve overall well-being.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate care effectively and assess treatment outcomes, facilitating adjustments to care plans as required.

• Stay updated with current research and emerging trends in mental health care, incorporating evidence-based practices into clinical methodologies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
