We facilitate in-house credentialing and comprehensive management of your insurance participation to streamline your responsibilities, allowing you to focus solely on providing quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their specific mental health needs.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate graduate-level social work and counseling interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Maintain productive communication with interdisciplinary teams, participating in care plan meetings, and documenting key insights and decisions to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
